CROCK POT TACO SOUP
ingredients you will need
1 lb ground beef
1 lb pork sausage
(you could also add vegetarian alternatives)
1 can of:
Pinto beans
Black beans
Kidney beans
Corn
Hominy (we don't add this because Ryan, my husband, can't stand Hominy but we always did growing up!)
Tomatoes w/ Green Chilis (we use Rotel)
1 pkg of Taco seasoning
1 pkg of ranch dressing
Drain all canned foods.
Brown the meat.
Add all ingredients to a crock pot, then add 1-3 cans of water (depending on the desired consistency).
Cooking Instructions
Cook on low If it will be in the crock pot all day. Cook on high for a cook time of a couple hours.
* if you're short on time, you can always make it on the stove top and let boil for around 20 minutes. Stir consistently to make sure it doesn't stick to the plan.

Serve with Fritos or Tortilla Chips, top with cheese and sour cream. Yum!!

Kristina, my husband would love this. He always goes on and on about cheeseburger soup so I'm thinking taco soup would be a huge hit too! I'll show him this when he gets home!
